z-680 problem

Maybe some fellow z-680 owners can help me out on my problem. Recently my front left channel when out. All the other speakers work fine. (btw i'm running it on a turtle beach santa cruz) When I perform the test from the remote control, I'm still able to hear the "white" noise. When I switch the wires around, the left speaker works fine, so I know it's not the speaker that's out. Could it be my sound card that's going bad? Or could it be the subwoofer that's going bad. Any suggestions would be great.

also, if it is the subwoofer, is anyone familiar with logitech's warranty or return policy? gracias

If your motherboard has 5.1 sound try your onboard sound and see if you still have problems.
