YZdock and Umicons help!

I'm having a slight problem getting the (awesome) Umicons to work with YZdock. I downloaded, unrar'd them and put them in the icons folder, but when I try to change to one of them, the icom appears cut in half.. Anyone have any ideas why this might occur?

btw: did you know that y'z dock isn't available for d/l anymore? Yep, it got taken off the site... I guess legal troubles

Are the .ico files? Cause they gotta be .png

Yeah, there ya go. I just downloaded and looked at them. Seems as though they're .ico files. They gotta be .png images for it to work.

Oh, bummer. I saw a couple guys in the "weekly desktop" thread saying they were using them. I wonder how they did it.

You can convert them using... hmmm, I can't remember the program...

Actually, I just had this same problem. You need to use the "Lite" Versions, because the normal ones are 256x256, and the dock can only handle up to 128x128. I think the latest version can actually use ico files.. Here is a related thread. Link
