I've been to a middle eastern resaturant that has an Egg and Cheese Pie "Fresh dough topped with a cracked egg, mozzarella & provolone cheese then baked ? $2"

I'm gonna bread machine me up some pizza douch and make a few of these then save them for easy morning breakfasts...
