pack of 8 flower tortillas (about 6" round)
purdue pre-cooked grilled chicken (12 oz)
4 cup bag of kraft shredded mexican cheese mix
small bag of frozen mixed chopped peppers
ortega nacho cheese dip - medium spice (comes in 4 small containers, not sure the size) - i normally use salsa con queso but i like to try different things now and then. the ortega stuff is pretty decent.
spread nacho cheese dip on tortilla (i used 1 full container for 4 quesadillas)
throw liberal amount of mexican cheese on tortilla
throw some peppers on (i like smaller pieces of pepper so i chop mine up some more)
throw some chopped chicken on
add more mexican cheese
throw in oven for about 5 minutes at 425
flip and cook for about 5 more minutes
enjoy!
the way i make them, the ingredients listed will make 8 nice big quesadillas. 2 usually fill me up.
