yuck, i think i have bronchitis

Feeling really phlegmy for the last week, causing me to cough frequently. I've been popping guaifenesin to help with the symptoms and airbornes to help my immune system but i still feel meh.

anyone have any good remedies

usually, its still good go to see the doctor as it could manifest itself into something worse. I dunno what guaifenesin is, but I wouldn't take medicine unless it was specifically prescribed for your exact condition as it could make things worse.

Other than that, you need plenty of rest and fluids, keep a healthy diet, get all your nutrients.

Oh, and don't take your illness to work

it varies between kind of yellowy and clear/greyish. I dont see any red so im guessing its not blood. i dont htink its anything worse since i dont have fever/chills/ any other kind of illness

Water water water! And don't forget to stay clean, idk why but some people don't take as many showers when they are sick for some reason
