'Yu-Gi-Oh!' creator Kazuki Takahashi found dead at sea at 60

The body of Kazuike Takahashi, 60, was found Wednesday floating about 300 meters off the coast of Okinawa, according to a coast guard official.

He was found floating at sea with scuba gear on.
