YPbPr Display. What is it?

I just bought a Princeton YF19 19" monitor from Costco and it is not being recognized as a regular Monitor type but a YPbPr type display (I think that's right. Anyhow, my display is green and not right. I'm using Win98se, Ati 8500, and the Catalyst 2.5 drivers and I can't select the regular display to change it.

At first I thought the monitor was broke, but Windows spalsh screen is the right color, and windows safe mode is fine.
 
Well I took it back to Costco and we checked it out on another box there and it is ok, so i'll play with it for a day and return it if i can't figure out what is going on.
