Just wanted to share this great nighttime freeway driving video of downtown Portland, Oregon. It has a hot song in the background, Move for Me, by Kaskade and DeadMau5 (DeadMouse).

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WiNwXrGyFSY

I wonder how the heck he was able to make such a nice driving video. Did he just put a camcorder up on the dashboard and then crop out the car hood for the videos?

Should have looped the other way, using top decks of the Fremont and Marquam.

External video cam.

I wonder who did the song.

Makes me realize that I need some night time techno music to make my commute a little more interesting. It's strange how much more interesting he makes that route look.

Damn, that made me really home sick. Driven on those roads hundreds, if not thousands of times...

What's kind of neat is that you get to see what it might look like at 140 mph.

Unfortunately the main thing I remember about Portland's freeways is that traffic moves at jaw-droppingly slow speeds even when there is no traffic. Simply unbelievable. We have suburban city streets with higher speed limits in CA. I can't believe everyone there actually obeys those limits.

That doesn't make any sense at all and is absolutely full of rubbish

No you don't.

I can't believe everyone there actually obeys those limits.

Maybe that's because we're not all retarded sensationalist californians who absolutely MUST drive as fast as physically possible with no regard for personal safety or the safety of anyone else around us.

Nice. Reminds me when I went to Montreal. So many bridges and stuff. Bridges over other bridges, even. It's crazy. I would totally get lost driving in a place like that. It's fun as a passenger though, assuming the driver knows where to go. :D

I haven't been there in 5 or so years, but I remember the roads just like that.

Well we do move all our bridges and roads and shit around to different parts of the city at random for no reason, but we only do it every SIX years so it'll change soon.
