When they were poor they were just as bad. They turned over a guy to Paramount for having a video he made using the dialogue from a leaked early screenplay of World Trade Center acted out by other people hosted on their site. No warning, didn't just remove the video. Turned over his info to Paramount for their lawyers to have their way with him.
