I just noticed this on Youtube, on the side section there's a link for "purchased". And it says I bought "Transformers: Dark of the Moon" a while back. I just noticed that now.

Anyone know what this is? Did not even know you could buy movies on Youtube. Did my account get hacked? I don't even know how Google would know my credit card info, then again, they have ways. Probably through javascript/ads on sites where I've used my credit card. I'll have to go through to see if I even got charged, no idea how much it would have been. Can't imagine much or I'm sure I would have noticed.

I got the same movie under purchased. I would say it is from my purchase of a Nexus 7 which came with the movie

Probably this. I love this for some reasons, but for others I'm trying to be cautious of what computers I log into anything google owned.

Just looked, I have it too.

It says FREE right next to it.

And what the hell, it says HD, yet if you actually try to watch it 480p is the max I can select.

Yeah same I can only got 480p.

I had no idea about this youtube feature, if you go to paramountpictures there's a whole bunch of other movies you can buy too. They're like 5 bucks. THIS is how it should be. Though I would prefer if it was just a download link for a 1080p quality video file so I don't need to depend on my connection and the service being up, but this is a start!

Yep, I have it too and it's definitely from when I bought my Nexus 7 as that came free with it. Maybe their idea of "HD" as a mobile download is equivalent to 480p on a desktop computer? I dunno.
