Youtube - "Now Playing" Playlist

Some time ago I saw that Youtube had some sort of play-next playlist. Don't know if it was from youtube or some custom made plugin.
I am talking about something like: Bar on bottom of the Youtube web page. You can search videos without stopping the music and then just drag the videos to the bottom in order you want to be played. You enqueue the videos like in Winamp.
 
Are you talking about the 'watch later' option?
You can add videos to an existing playlist or create a new one as you watch and want to skip to a new video.
