I was helping my mom friend since she said for some reason YouTube stop working for it. I take s look the play button disappear but for some reason chrome YouTube still work. Any idea why?
Sounds like a possible issue with flash. The reason why it works in chrome is that chrome uses it own flash player independent of the version that is installed in ie or firefox
I would download the uninstaller and close any and all web browsers and run the uninstaller.
One that's is done you can re-install flash and see if ti works
