Anyway I have a ~14min video that I made and want to upload to Youtube. But since Youtube has a 10min limit on normal accounts, I set my account to "Director's" since apparently you can upload longer videos. But I still can't. Is there any way I can upload this video?

Thanks.

Anyone can be a director on youtube. It is NOT a special account type. Nor do you have any rights that normal user's don't. To do this, just go here: http://www.youtube.com/my_prof ile

Then go to the bottom and in the drop-down menu for, "New Channel Type," choose Director. Don't forget to click the "Update Channel" button, too.

Thanks for your understanding.

Hope this helps,

I'm pretty sure it used to let you upload videos longer than 10 minutes, but people abused the account so now the director account doesn't do anything special now.
