Youtube crashed and "repaired itself". How can I determine what happened?

I was watching a series of videos on Youtube. I dozed off and woke when I heard the sound the computer makes when it crashes and repeats the last sound. I looked at the screen and there was an error message that read something like "Oops something happened, Wait while we repair it" It showed a count up of degree of completion. I tried Ctrl, Alt, and Del but nothing happened. My computer rebooted and seems to be okay.

I ran AVG and Malwarebytes and both apps did not detect any evil.

Is there anything thing I can do to see if my computer was compromised? My first thought was to change all my passwords but I do not know if that would make things worse.

If sounds like you had a crash, in which case a program like whocrashed might help determine the cause. But I don't see anything in your post that would make me think Malware was involved.
