youtube being slow for anyone else?

Youtube has been slow for me for the past few days. Videos on other sites load fine however, and my connection speed is also normal. Has anyone else noticed this or is just my own personal failure?

I keep getting redirected to the taiwan version lately, and the canadian version before that. I have cleared cookies, history, etc. and nothing seems to help.

Pretty much.

Sometimes a ~4 minute high quality video will load very quickly for me, and sometimes it takes minutes to load a standard 30 second clip.

Yeah I had some trouble navigating videos. Thought it was my internet connection; AT avatars were loading alternate text for me.
