youtube and video cards question

when i choose a video and it takes 20-30 sec to pre-load and also when the video catches up to the download is that because of video card (or lack thereof?) i have integrated hd4200 and always assumed was internet but would a discrete card help? thanks

I doubt a discrete GPU would bring about better performance here. A faster CPU or better yet, a faster internet connection would definitely improve the loading time.

either internet or how much hd storage the flash app allows. change setting to 1-10 mb.
