Blastoise wasn't even that good of a card..sheesh. Hydro pump cost 3 WE and only does 40+10 per WE.

Rainmaker was actually one of the most dominating decks in the early TCG era. All you had to do was draw a blastoise, a squirtle, and a breeder and you could be doing 40 dmg by turn 2.
