So the guy's an opera conducter and was nearly blind and deaf among other ailments. His wife had cancer. So they went to a Swiss assisted suicide clinic and pulled their own plugs.

Some may say they quit or gave up on life, but I think they just wanted to guarantee employment in the afterlife, where as we all know suicides become civil servants.

Still, takes some balls I think. I'd be afraid as they're dosing the lethal meds a medic runs in and screams "they found a cure!"

Whoops.

There's nothing funny about starving asian children killing themselves to relieve the burden they presented to their families. What, that's not what it means?

Yes, it was a joke.
