Youth football coach attacks player on field

Because it was a respost 😉.

Ah, makes sense now. Different vid though, Link including interview with kid that got hit, who thinks he did nothing wrong.

Wow...

I got two impressions from that video:
1. The mother was making a lot of effort to emphasize that she went onto the field to get her son. That makes me think she went on the field to kick some ass.
2. The kid is stupider than a stereotypical football player. He doesn't have any idea why the coach did it? 😕

He's pleading not guilty? Interesting.

hmm there is a link to a news clip on CNN front page also. seems he was late for court and the judge issued a warrant for him. then finally let him in.

seems silly plead not guilty. they have him on video! he was not a player on the team.

should be interesting to watch though.

Why the hell are people investing so much emotion into sports? People will scream and even get violent over the outcomes of games. If I were in charge of professional sports, I'd probably be jaded by now and just find it hilarious, like it were possible to literally control the emotions of thousands or millions of people. Control the outcome of a game, bam, suddenly you have hordes of pissed off individuals. All based on your little whims. 🙂

That aside, this is just insane. OMG, rough treatment in sports. Yeah, lets go get into fistfights over this.

The kid looked like he was finishing a block with his back towards the play. The guy who knocked him out looks like a meth head redneck. Fitting that he lives near Stockton.
