What gives you the best results and is your favorite?

I've used Mediacoder and Handbrake in the past and they are both solid, not sure which I like better though.
 
I've used both, but prefer Format Factory. It's so easy to use, and it supports a lot of different formats. Rock-solid stable as well; neither Mediacoder nor Handbrake were stable for me.
