WTF, why don't people say you're welcome anymore? Most people I thank nowadays my age or younger say "yup" after you thank them, whereas people older than me always say "you're welcome" probably because they had better upbringings.

"You're Welcome" can sometimes sound like a conceited reply, almost expected like "you should be welcome."

It's all in the delivery.
