In more detail, a real cracker would build their own tools or at least take existing existing tools and customize / mod / extend them. A script kiddy pushes a button and makes things go boom. No skill or brains needed, and not worthy of any respect. A script kiddy is as l33t as someone who throws a brick through a window.
