your thoughts on buying warranty for a used car

i bought a used camry (in very good shape, 96 model , 55k miles) and am contemplating buying warranty

i know toyota's are very reliable (albeit a bit boring according to some ppl maybe), do you think its worth buying warranty

i did get a full checkup done from a toyota dealer before i bought it, and it seems to be in very good shape

should i go for it?

I would consider a dealer warranty if it was reasonable priced and you drive pretty rough.

If you are a sane driver and you change your oil it won't be worth your money more than likely.

if its in a very good shape and only has 55k on it, maybe you can delay buying a warranty (if you can) for awhile. it'll give you time to save up more. provided you really trust that dealership when they told you the car is still in tip-top shape.
