your temps with a peltier?

I'me runnin a p3-700@1050mhz with a 72watt peltier with water cooling.
It runs at about 20c or about 68f.It will run at 1120,but not completely stable.What kind of temps are you guy's getting?I would
like to be able to get it down to around 0c,any recomendations?
Thinking about a 118watt pelt.

i have a cusl2, with bios 1001a
my temps were -20c.i"ve since updated to 1003.002 and now it says
20c,thats a huge difference.

i'm running my celery 466@700 with a peltier, i think it is 52watt, but i'm not sure, I have an alpha heatsink and my temps are 16-22c depending on load and temp of house. I wouldn't go up to a 118watt peltier unless that is an awesome water cooling system. it will make a bigger difference between side but will also create more heat.
