I must confess; When i started my new job a month ago, I had only ~600 messages posted on here, tops...I used to post some hot deals, some hardware jargon, help some gamers in the software forums, etc...

Since then, however, I went to work for you people and am now only 3 (2 after this post) posts away from 1K I blame all you clowns!

Fine with me. For the most part, i'd just as soon most government employees spent all day on Anandtech rather than out 'helping' us citizens out. I consider taxes to be the ransom i pay to have the government leave me alone. The words i dread hearing are, &quot;I'm from the government, and i'm here to help.&quot;

I have a university job that is partially funded by tuition, partially funded by tax dollars, and my day consists mostly of websurfing. However, when people need help from me, I am there for em, so what the hey. yup, computer support is a tough job. not!

Yep, the government jobs are great. I run the network here and spend &quot;a little&quot; of my time on Anandtech and installing distributed computing projects on my computers for Team Anandtech.
