On Monday, it will be my 6 year anniversary w/my girlfriend.

I normally don't forget anniversaries, and I didn't forget this one.

However, the past 2 weeks i've been VERY busy w/school -- midterms, quizzes, presentations, and papers.

Do you guys have any cool ideas that I can do for her?

I just got laid off from my work, so money will be pretty tight.

I was thinking of getting her a lot of teacher stuff for her -- she is going to start to student teach next year, and I know she'd like a nice shoulder bag, planner, etc.......

Any other ideas?

cook her a nice meal yourself and spend it at home watching a movie together. maybe even the first movie you saw together? that'll mean you gave it some thought. and you didn't just go out and bought her something.

We've been together since 10th grade.....and back in the day we used to write those notes to one another -- and i actually have kept them all -- so i was thinking of compiling a folder of the notes for her to read......

dude, dancing outside under the moonlight @ midnight is pretty swank in my opinion. Wining and dining is the typical way to go.....show her how much she really means to you....seeing as how youve been busy lately she may be feeling neglected....show her who is always first..

well, i've been really busy but i haven't been neglecting her -- i'm at her apt whenever i'm studying or killing their roaches. Plus i'm their handyman because their manager doesn't do anything.
