Almost doesn't matter if you're not overclocking - those two will run at the same speed with same timings, as will any number of other perfectly good value RAM packs. I'd probably go for crucial becuase I trust them for some reason, but yea, it doesn't really matter.

I wouldn't recommend KVR - Every stick I've had here has been RMAd at least once and one was DOA. Choose from Crucial, Corsair or Mushkin. Put a WTB: (Wanted to Buy) listing in the For Sale forum here and shortly you'll have what you need at a good savings. Most good brand RAM has lifetime warranty these days and they don't ask for proof of purchase, so it is a pretty safe deal if you buy from someone with a good Heatware and eBay rating. I got a nice pair of Corsair that way and they are working great so far.
