-Enact a law that would kick out all members of Congress if the budget deficit exceeds 5%.
-Enact a law that would punish all corporations who try to dodge the taxman.
-Enact a law that would put a 15% tax rate on capital gains and dividends.
-Enact a law that would kick out all illegal immigrants out of this country unless they have a graduate degree or employ Americans.
-Enact a law that would severely limit the power of the president (no more undeclared wars).
-Enact a law that would make political lobbying illegal.
-Enact a law that would require all government agencies to be fully transparent.
-Enact a law that would make all government officials accountable for their actions.
-Enact a law that would put a salary cap for CEOs.
-Cut the military budget by 50%.
-Cut the educational budget by 25%
-Cut the size of the government.
-Stop giving foreign aid.
-Abolish all trade restrictions against China.
-Abolish the TSA.
-Abolish all government regulations that make us uncompetitive in the world.
-Nationalize all health insurance companies
-Grant better legal protection to doctors.

I disagree with just about all of that.

I do however, think it is wonderful that you took the time to come up with your plan. It would help if more would do the very same thing. It's a great exercise. Thanks for starting this.

You don't have to tell us what your plan would be; we already know you would love to commit and lead genocide towards every Muslim and Arab in the USA and eventually the world.

Not Arabs per se. I would go after all, be they muslims or not, that wish to kill us. What's wrong with that?

I would totally change the tax structure.

I would greatly reduce federal regulations.

I would do away with about half of the current departments of government.

I would greatly increase freedoms of religion and especially speech.

I would do away with the 22d Amendment.

I would crack down on fraud in voter registrations and vote counting.

I would change the immigration laws. (That's an entire thread on it's own. And you will have no idea what I would do.)

Oh, yes, I would greatly reduce federal spending starting with the defense budget.

p.s., My changes and reforms are more structural than messing around with the edges.

I was going to add "enact a law that would enforce criminal justice on banks engaging in fraud..." but we already have that law, and it's not being enforced.

I would enact a law that makes all crime illegal. That should fix thingso_O

Oh, and I would also enact a law to abolish political parties.

I highlighted these three as likely unconstitutional, though with the second one it depends on the particulars. The first and third definitely are. If you're going to amend the Constitution, the third involves monkeying with the First Amendment.

tax reform to the simplest level, all money earned = income and all income is taxed at 30%. no deductions, nothing. revamp our social services, no more EBT/foodstamps, all WIC style collect your rations. push for more modern nuke development and refining capabilities for our nation in order to create high paying jobs, this would help us also increase our net energy exports increasing our wealth generation. i'd focus on bringing down educational costs, pulling back ALL government subsidies. work on implementing a "single payer"/"universal health care" system.

the biggest would be work to break up the way people view parties.

but really this is far to long to list and such a ton of stuff you'd never be able to get done because you're just the president and not emperor.

Again, why income at all? Is it because this is all you have ever known and can't think differently?

I content that taxing income and private personal property is anti freedom and anti personal responsibility.

That second highlighted suggestion is exactly what our Constitutin was designed to do. What happened over the years is anyones guess but I am all for returning to the original intent of the Founding Fathers. The President is suppose to be co-equal with the Congress. Hasn't turned out that way lately. It needs to be changed back, by force if necessary. (Don't get your panties in a wad, I mean at the ballot box and the court room.)

I would greatly increase freedoms of religion and especially speech.

Freedom of speech and religion are already protected more strongly than in almost any other country in the world. Hell, Fred Phelps and his loonies are allowed to spout their hate (as they should be) without any legal trouble.
