My notebook is a Dell Inspiron 5000, 500 Mhz Celeron, 128 mb Ram, 8 mb video, running Win 2000.
I now regret not ordering it with a DVD and am thinking of adding one so I can watch movies.
Does this pc have enough horsepower to run DVD movies? If not how much ram would I need to add and how much would I expect to pay for a DVD ROM.
I've done lots of upgrading to my desktops but have never messed with a notebook before.
