hi everyone, I need your opinion on website design I have been working on. What do you think of this? It is just portion of website. Any feedback would be appreciated! thx

If it's just a page for coupons or specials, that might not be too bad. I think the header that says "Deals" looks a little weird/plain - sprucing that up a bit or changing it to a logo might be interesting.

Scrolling the middle section sideways is a little awkward, if there's nothing below it then it might make more sense to just continue to display the specials 2 or 3 per row down the page (that might also look better on mobile phones). If there is content that is supposed to be below it, then maybe scrolling horizontally makes more sense.

Responsive design is a big deal these days, so it might be important to see how your page might look on a tablet (~600 px across for portrait mode) versus landscape mode (~900-1024 pixels), and on mobile phones (~320 px across). Maybe look into implementing CSS 3 media queries to handle those transitions?
