your opinion on this rebate scenario?

I've sent (2) rebates that were printed with my Circuit City purchase of a cable modem:

1) $50 Holiday Broadband Rebate - Program Y6040, PO Box 9015, Young America, MN 55558-9015
2) Comcast $100 Rebate Promotion - Program Y6038, PO Box 9041, Young America, MN 55558-9041

Is it illegal for me to also submit this rebate? Comcast Winter $100 Rebate P.O. Box 5841 Young America, MN 55558-5841

illegal? Nope.

Good luck getting it as I am sure they have some cross-checking database action that takes place. Maybe not though.

yah I don't think it is illegal, but it doesn't look to good on you getting it, companies often make mistakes, but never in your favor!
