Everyone pretty much hates emos. When male, they're severely lacking in heterosexual traits, and act like little girls. When they're girls, they're pathetic, whiney and overly emotional headcases who need to get over themselves and grow up like their peers (same for males, incidentally).

I think it is universally agreed upon that when a strong dictator finally comes to power (such as me), they will be the first to go.

I for one except LordMaul as overlord if he gets rid of the emos

How many "emo" people are there actually? It seems that everyone is intent on labeling them out yet there is barely any of them in reality.

I think they exist in high schools. If you're not in high school, I guess you don't see them. I don't see them, anyway.

I graduated high school in 2005 and I don't ever recall seeing a group of "emo" kids. The closest stereotype I could fix would be the drama/acting addicts, but hasn't that always existed? It seems like we're only basing this on a few myspaces and teen angst which has always been there.

That people will make a big deal about them for a year or two and then they'll fall off to the wayside until a new group comes along to make fun of.
Kinda like what happened with Goth's back in mid to late 90s and who knows what else.

I'm 38 years old. I would have no idea what emo was if it wasn't for this forum.

So I really don't give a fsck.

Hey, I'm 23 and I've never seen an emo either...
Although I've gotta admit watching those videos on youtube (whether real or fake) have given me a good laugh every once in a while.

No, i think Ricers, hip hop artists or chunky people get ripped on more here than emo.

this forum has turned emo with all the whining about emo people, and failed relationships, and the drama that has filled ATOT.
you people make the forum want to cut itself, way to go!
