North Island or South? I'm in Tauranga that time of year, if you find yourself in the Bay of Plenty give me a bell, we'll grab a beer.

I'm on summer break from mid November, I'll be driving to Tauranga from Christchurch, my driving route. 22 hours in the car, should be fun. 😀 Then at the end of the break I'll take a more direct route back to Christchurch.
 
My next big vacation will be 2-3 weeks back to Europe...next Summer.

Italy, Croatia, Germany, Netherlands, UK, and a few other countries in between.
 
For my next vacation, I'll be going crazy. It's cheaper than flying somewhere, and most people are content to confuse dementia with exuberance.
 
Either 5 days in Hawaii next summer or a long weekend on Catalina Island are the next vacations I'm taking.

But also DisneyWorld with the whole family sometime next year, including the new kids and the SO. Should be fun.
 
Hopefully travelling in Georgia, amenenia (sp!) and ubeskistan 18th December till 4th January.

I had nothing planned as my mates are tied up but a work mate is off so I may join him if I can get flights. I wanted to go snowboarding in janury but my are tied up. Also planned 3 weeks in Cambodia, Thailand and maybe laos but might have no mates to go with.

I have 12 days for the rest of the year & 25 in the new year.

Leaving for a Bermuda cruise this Sunday... first time on vaca with the 15mo. kids... should be interesting.
 
Probably Kauai in May with my auntie. We've been going with her and my uncle to Hawaii for several years now. We've seen enough of the Big Island for now, she is checking on an exchange of her timeshare week.

I believe we'll split the majority of our time between Auckland and Kerikeri. I've been extremely lazy thinking up an itinerary since the girlfriend is from NZ and I figure she'll know someone anywhere we go. 😛

I'll PM you the details later when I get more nailed down. Be fun to meet up and have a drink or three!
 
We're both having "Hawaii withdrawals," but the flight hurts me so bad that we may not make the trip again for a while.

We've been kicking around the idea of driving to the Grand Canyon. At least I can stop when I want, get out, walk around, have a smoke, then drive for another hour...repeat the break...as often as I need/want to. They frown on all of that on airplanes...😀

We're less than 8 hours from Las Vegas, and have 6 bazillion Starpoints that we could use to stay in any Starwood hotel, then drive over to the GC for a couple of days, then back to Vegas for a day or 2, and back home.

Then again, a "stay-cation" would be a helluva lot cheaper...🙁
 
I'm getting ready to leave next Saturday on a 5 week trip, a week in Sydney followed by a 30 day cruise on the Star Princess to LA.
