None.
I dont like iPods.

As for personal media players that are not made by apple: My faves are my Duke Ellington and Miles Davis CD's. Every track. I dont even know which song is which. Thats what I normally listen to in my car.

EDIT:
Also Coltrane.

Are these songs that can only be played on an Apple product?

Not necessarily "must have" (your tastes will undoubtedly vary), but here's a sampling of what I am currently listening to on my playlist and like, in no particular order:

Genesis - The Way We Walk
The Bird and The Bee - Ray Guns Are Not The Future
Lupe Fiasco - Food and Liquor
A.R. Rahman - Signature Collection
Fleetwood Mac - Best of
Ultimate Broadway
Beethoven - Symphonies No. 4 and 5 (Minnesota Orchestra)
Battlestar Galactica - Season 4 Soundtrack
Nightwish - Once
Cara Dillon - Cara Dillon
Final Fantasy X OST (PSF2 files)
Yanni - Voices
Norah Jones - Come Away With Me
The Cranberries - Wake Up And Smell The Coffee
Billy Joel - Best of
Chrono Symphonic (legally free btw)

John Coletrane - Music For Lovers. The whole album is awesome, I have a lot of rap on my iPod, but some super mellow jazz is great. Also the 17 minute live version of Ain't No Sunshine by Issac Hayes. One of the most crazy live performances ever. Curtis Mayfield's greatest hits. Maybe Bad Leroy Brown, Car Wash Blues & Don't Mess With Jim all by Jim Croce. Throw in some Sublime and maybe a couple Rage Against The Machine tracks for good measure and you'll have a well rounded iPod. Oh, The Gambler by Kenny Rogers should be required on every iPod sold, such a bad ass song.

I am? Jim Croce is white, Sublime were white too and neither had much of a black following at all. And I doubt more than 200 black people in the world like Kenny Rogers.

A Day to Remember - Homesick
Aesop Rock - Labor Days
Catch 22 - Keasebey Nights
CKY - Volume 1
Esthero - Breath from Another
Porcupine Tree - Fear of a Blank Planet (or any of their stuff really, it's all fantastic)
Portishead - Dummy
Paramore - All We Know Is Falling (yeah I listen to chick rock, big whoop, wanna fight about it?)
Radiohead - OK Computer

Some of the stuff that it seems like I've been listening to a lot lately.
