Your MTS video editing machine.

How do you have your hard drives setup for editing your video files?

I will be editing MTS files with Premier Pro CS4 and I'm looking to pick the proper hard drives.

I'll probably be storing the files first on a large 1Tb RAID1 config. I was thinking the Spinpoint F3 drives or the FALS drives.

As for a main boot drive, Pat Appleson recommended I to just use a small fast OS/app drive. The machine will only be used for editing (i7 920) I can use either a 300g V-Raptor or a Fujitsu 300G 15k SCSI (they are VERY similar in performance) But if I go with the V-Raptor, I loose the option to run a RAID1 for the storage. I was thinking of picking up any one of these drives for the OS

I'm really confused on how to set this up.
