Hi everyone, I was just wondering what everyone's 3dmark06 with Vista64. These are just scores with default demo settings so post them here.

My maximum score atm has been 14223 - @4 ghz @ 790 and 1980 - HIGH quality setting from nvidia control panel and filtering options on application control.

Also would like to know if anyone has tested a 3870x2 with a 4ghz machine? Please post your scores here. I roughly want to know what a 4 ghz dual core or a n overclocked quad core with a 3870x2 will yield in 3dmark06.

Thanks

On my q6600@3.8ghz I get 18,259 3dmk06 with stock clocks/everything stock on 3870x2. Got 15.5k with 8800GTS OC'd 830/1050 and 14.5k with 8800gt overclocked 730/1050. Hoping to break 20k once I figure out how to properly overclock the 3870x2, right now CCC does not work properly for overclocking (No gains and sometimes actually lowers 3dmark score LOL) Going to experiement with AMD gpu tool tonight most folks seem to easily break 2k when overclocking with it.

Yes, Vista 64 and all options as they come set from ATI, didn't change anything, just install drivers then run 3dmark06.

perhaps your cpu overclock isn't proportional, it happened to my other amd opteron setup when i was struggling to get a good 3dmark06 score, initially i would reach the highest overclock but it was not proportionate with the ratios and all that and the 3dmark scores were lower, until i reached a good setting...

what's your fsb:dram?

what's your fsb:dram?

It's 1:1, FSB @ 450, RAM @ 900. Q6600 is coming in the mail some time this week, so I should see a well improved score.

Something doesn't seem right for me.

3dmark score 13288 in Vista 64 with spec in sig.

I get just under 15K in Windows XP. Is that much of a drop in Vista 64 normal?
