Mustang, but our logo was the Denver Broncos logo with different colors. Was this inspired by the Brr. It's cold. thread?
 
A Maverick

Our gym techer taught the sex ed class there in the gym. He stood before the Maverick head painted on the gym floor and said "Now this Maverick head here is just like a womans parts....the face is the uterus and the horns are the fallopian tubes."!!!!
 
lol...the city to the north of Rockford has the Purple Knights as their mascot....God, I'm glad I didn't graduate from Beloit. 😀
 
the Cheverus Stags. Purple and Gold. Unfortunately, Stag rhymes with i love you and until 1997 the school was all guys so go figure.
 
Generals

We had someone dress in a blue and white outfit similar to a General's uniform from the war of 1812 era and ride a white horse out onto the field in football season. That was pretty cool, though the visiting teams complained about the horse hurting the field.

EDIT: Having looked at the link, it appears that the complainers finally won and the horse is no longer being used. We now have a horrible general costume, complete with a foam head that looks like a rejected muppet. Change sucks sometimes.
