Eh, I think mechanicals are overrated. Well not so much overrated but moreso that they aren't the 'be all end all.' It's ok to like membrane or scissor switch based boards too, in fact I quite prefer them because I can type with a much lighter touch which feels more natural and quick to me.

And the mechanical guide on OCN is substantially more comprehensive.

The OCN Guide is unfortunately riddled with technical errors. PS/2 versus USB. Mislabeled force charts. Out of date keyboard listings.

The OCN Guide pictures are fine though - many of them are "borrowed" from Geekhack. I took them.

That made me laugh (Ripster is essentially the "Big Cheese" over at geekhack, partly because he has a nice macro lens).

YES! Finally another keyboard with aligned keys (like Darwin Smartboard). Thanks for posting this, otherwise I wouldn't have known about it.

I also have two IBM classic clickers... but don't like the retro beige color...
