After reading about McVeigh's requested final meal (two pints of mint chocolate chip ice cream), I got to thinking about what kinds of things people might want as their final meal, which led me here. One guy asked for a jar of dill pickles, but most seem to be hamburgers.

For me, a pan of homemade paella (too bad they don't permit alcohol, as I would want a bottle of some nice red to go with it), followed by creme brulee.

Actually I seem to recall Gary Gilmore had a conjugal visit the night before he was executed. Whether or not he could get, er, inspired, is a different question.
