I actually asked for a two DVD set on WWI for Christmas and I have yet to watch it.

WWI was the "war to end all wars" and it shaped a lot of the countries we have now. I find it odd we talk a lot about WWII more than WWI. It was just a few years ago the last surviving solider of WWI passed away. If I can remember, his name was Frank Buckle.

Speaking of. Veterans Day is officially tomorrow. The 11 month, 11th day, and 11 hour.

Jordan Peterson is f'ing awesome; I think his popularity over the past say year has skyrocketed (rightfully so). And The Great War channel is great too.

Ohhh this is a tough question cause I have so many subscriptions. I'll go with:

Nutnfancy for firearms-related stuff. Honorable mention to Billy Birdzell for being a BA.
Extra Credits (Extra History) for history stuff
StevenCrowder for political stuff.
iDubbbz for humor.
The Mighty Jingles for gaming-related stuff.

Me neither. I'd say maybe you gotta be Japanese, but no, there's plenty of whities that are obsessed with it. To each his own. A lot wouldn't get my interest in firearms and history, either.

There's an anime for every interest.

If you like firearms and history you might try Youjo Senki (aka Saga of Tanya the Evil) or Princess Principal

the great war is a good channel with plenty of content, but - no offense intended - the guy has the charisma of a wet blanket. i much prefer Historia Civilis and History Buffs. One deals with ancient history, the other with realism in films.

also, you need Primitive Technology and Andrew Ucles to teach you how to man.

Foodwishes and Binging With Babish when you need to get your food on. (binging is a more advanced channel, more for the lulz than anything, Foodwishes is amazing - the guy really knows his stuff)

Matthew Jensen if you know what shinken means.

Chirosran22 for keyboards. Rocketjumpninja for mice.

I enjoy very much PBS Space Time for when you need to get your science sciencing.

Jimquisition for teh lulz. Red Letter Media because. Jotun Studio, Postmodern Jukebox, and EuphoricHardStyle for music.

I don't like Japanese animation. Not a fan of the graphic style. Also, a lot of it is really frenetic in presentation.

I tried and tried to get into anime by watching [adult swim's] anime presentation (can't remember the name atm) on Saturday night. But it's like constant fighting with some weird ass creatures that Freddy Kruger wouldn't even bother with. Then this one cartoon Attack on Titan or some damn thing reminded me of a very weird version of Gulliver's Travels.
