The TIE Defender wasn't an authentic fighter, was it?

Unlike the others? 😀

My vote goes to the B-Wing. I like its ponderous grace. 2nd choice goes to Twin-ion Engine series.

most of the TIE's are weak. the good ones the empire couldnt afford to mass produce

also, have any of you tried star wars galaxies?

The only bearable rebel ship is the X-wing. All that A, B, C, D, E, F, G sh1t made the rebels sound like a bunch of Sesame Street assclowns, and they looked fvcking stupid.

Empire 4 teh win!

Tie Advanced or a B-wing

AYE. Tie defender or whatever. That thing is a beast.

lol. A wings are fast, but they don't have missles. Shields are rather poor too.

They have concussion missiles, while the B wing, Y wing and X-wing all have Photon Torpedoes, iirc from my days of playing X-wing back in the early 90's. 🙂

That game was awesome. I still have it installed on an old PC somewhere.

So, WTF? Why doesn't Slave 1 "count"?

slave i is not a fighter. but i added it anyway.

But, it's manufactured by Kuat Systems Engineering and designated a Patrol/Attack ship...sounds like a fighter to me, no?

And Slave II was a MandalMotors Pursuer Enforcement Ship.

it's not kuat systems, they make imperial and super star destroyers. mandal motors make slave 1, which is a firespray class ship.

glad to see x-wing still in the win

arc-170 sucks

A wing for the rebel side, TIE Advanced from the imperial side; based on TIE fighter for those of us who loved this game.

Actually Kuat did make the original firespray, or at least KSE did.

Beat me to it.

FWIW, Boba's ships, Slave I-IV were not all the same kind of ship. Slave II WAS (according to Wikipedia at least) a Mandal Motors Ship.

Google fuels my uber geekness....😀😉

i am going by the essential guide to vehicle and vessels, wikipedia can do whatever it wants

If we are going to delve into the SW expanded universe, why not bring up the Z-95 headhunter? Or better yet, the coralskippers? No shields is a bummer but theres something about creating your own mini black hole thats just cool!
