Your favorite portable applications ?

What are everyone favorite portable applications. If you don't know about them , portable applications are programs that can run from a USB drive without being installed on the pc they are running on. You can get started here for free:

You can also just install the applications to any hard drive . I have done that for over a year for my browsers so that I never have to reinstall them for when I change OS.

I have for browsers:
firefox, chrome, opera along with plugins like admuncher and script blockers.

For multimedia:
Audacity, VLC player, KMplayer, Mplayer, Vdub and Vdub mod, gimp, silo, wings3d, milkshape, xbmc

office:
Open office, abiword, sumatra, foxit reader

utilities:
Clam AV, winhex, realterm, speed commander, free commander, cd burnerxp, infrarecorder

I use the default full load out from your linked site, and I add Notepad++, and VLC

MPEG Streamclip works great for converting videos. I use it for converting to MP4. Although it does require Quicktime or Quicktime Alt to be installed.
