I'm thinking of trying out one of those online game renting services. I hate putting $50 down on a game only to find out that it's not as good as the reviewers said it was...or it's a completely different style then I expected.

Because I live in a small town, there's no place to rent any Gamecube games here....only PS2 games :(

So, what's a good place to rent games from?

I'm looking at GameFly and they seem to have 1) The nicest/easiest to use website, and 2) a nice selection of games. The price of $21.95/month isn't too bad considering I could try about 4 games/month.

What other places are there? What are your personal experiences with them? Which do you recommend?

I wonder what the prices are to keep it on most games.
The heck with blockbuster 6 bucks a pop.
If you're quick with the games, I see a possibility of squeezing in 8 games a month.
You have me intrigued.

There was a rather small thread about this in Hot Deals around a month or two ago. Someone mentioned that the price to keep the game was right around the retail price...like $47 or so :frown:

don't live in LA...though I wouldn't mind waiting a couple days to recieve my games considering there are no due dates.
