Your favorite picture gallery software?

Gallery: Simpler to use, no DB requirement.

Coppermine: A bit more complicated, but better user management if you're not the only person that's going to have an account. Requires MySQL.
 
Is there any picture gallery software or plugin that would output thumbnails into a plain html file? Kind of like how phpbb and ipb lets you output posts.
