I like mules. Moscow mule, Mexican Mule, Dark and Stormy (aka Jamaican Mule). Pretty much anything with ginger beer as the mixer.

On a REALLY hot day though, nothing beats a mojito.

No, but I've spent many years and countless hours parked on a bar stool. I don't recall anyone except a few college kids pounding vodka and coke. Or maybe it's a regional thing.

Some variation of an Old Fashioned.

Right now trying tequila based ones.

2 oz Reposado Tequila (I like Herradura Rep for this)
0.5 oz ginger simple syrup
9 dashes Jamaican Jerk bitters
splash of mezcal

30 stirs over ice, strain into glass, express orange peel

Smoked Old Fashioned

2 oz rye whiskey
0.5 oz simple syrup
3 dashes Bittercube Corazon bitters
3 dashes Whiskey barrel aged bitters

30 stirs over ice, pour into mason jar, top jar with cherry smoke with smoke gun and shake, let sit for 1 minute, pour over large single ice cube, add two Luxardo cherries
