Well I've been thinking of some hot & spicy recipes. First one that I came up with is my own homebrew salsa. Pretty simple but I'd like more ideas and I'm sure some folks wouldn't mind to add a few to their recipe books. Here's my salsa recipe to start thougH:

4 chipotle peppers
4 jalapeno peppers
1 large green pepper or other medium pepper
2 tomatoes (medium size)
1 half of a white onion (medium size)
1 tablespoon of garlic powder

Chop all of the ingredients into small pieces, put into a blender and liquify until it's nice and smooth, but not too smooth.

So post your favorite recipe.

That sounds pretty good to me. (Although I don't like salsa to be really smooth)

....I'm hungry. 🙁

Well it's actually a fairly chunky salsa and I like it that way too. Just can't blend it for too long or it will end up really smooth.

Simple:

Take 1/3 of the mixture, puree it.

Take 1/3 and mash it.

Take 1/3, and don't touch it.

put all 3 thirds into container, stir, place in fridge overnight.

If still not chunky enough, do not mash 2nd 3rd.
