Fried Catfish with white beans and some vinegar on the catfish. A sweet potato on the side would be good too, with sweet tea. I call that the Morgan City special.
 
oo chicken alfredo is good. if i go that route, it would be soup salad bread sticks and chicken alfredo at olive garden, with a diet coke 🙂
 
There's a chinese place not too far from here that does lunch specials every day from 11:00am to 3:00pm. They have this killer General Tso's Chicken plate with fried rice, a pint of egg drop soup, and a 64oz iced tea for about $5. I could go there every day and eat that stuff.

yo, red lobsters chicken alfredo (they call it cajun chicken) is better than everywhere I've tried among the chains, believe it or not. A FULL plate for $9.99. And their biscuits > *.
 
grilled flank steak med rare with bicolored corn on the cob, garden salad and fruit salad with smashed potatoes and a nice "poi pounder" to drink!
