Sorry if this has already been a thread before.
Anyway, here's mine in no particular order

Sadler in RE4
Mundus in DMC (particularly his 1st form)
Virgil in DMC3
Jafar in Disney's Aladdin for the Super NES (the final boss in the Genesis/DOS version is what kills that otherwise superior version)
The Dahaka in PoPWW
The 2 final bosses (the Prince's alter ego and the other one) in Two Thrones
Ganondorf in WindWaker even though I can beat him without getting hit
Ganon and Ganondorf in Ocarina of Time
Dracula/Death in Portrait of Ruin
Dracula in Order of Ecclesia
Walter and Death in Lament of Innocence
Dracula in Curse of Darkness
Dracula in Rondo of Blood (original and Chronicles)
Mike Tyson's immortal ass (can't beat him) in Mike Tyson's Punch-Out
The long-haired horned guy (and keeping the gate up) in the Revenge of Shinobi.
The last boss in Shadows of the Empire (so long ago I don't remember the name)
Razorbeard in Rayman 2.
Mr. Dark in Rayman.

-Ganondorf/Ganon from OoT
-Majora from Majora's Mask
-Dr Robotnik at the end of Sonic & Knuckles. Puts all other Sonic boss battles to shame.
-Orochi from Okami. Even though he's not the final boss, he was the most satisfying.

Lavos in CT where you run through all of the previous bosses....only to have him change forms again and become even more awesome.

And although not a end game fight, i LOVED the boss fight with Magus in CT. Just hearing that music and then the whole area going dark and he appears. Just so cool.

The Devil at the end of Dante's Inferno, with his big floppy ding dong. Cracked my wife up and gave me a good chuckle as well.

I'll do the opposite. The worst end boss battle was in Oblivion... in that there wasn't one. I spent ~120 hours leading up to nothing!

Nope, the end of Fable 2. I know its not a PC game, but damn 100s of hours realtime and 20 years ingame only to have the most unsatisfying endboss/ending.

Giygas - Earthbound
Kafka - Final Fantasy III/VI
Romeo Guildenstern - Vagrant Story

I guess it was the story and how they're built up as antagonists plot-wise that really drew me in.

Sorry to bring it back from the dead but there actually was a boss fight in Oblivion, IF you chose to engage in it.

Remember the gargantuan Daedric Prince invading the Imperial City? Ever dumb enough to attack him? Well, I always do the stupidest thing possible when I am playing so I ran up and attacked at least a dozen times and let me tell you he is the hardest final boss to beat ever. Actually, impossible is more like it because you become no more than an ant under his heel should you be dumb enough to get anywhere near him....lol
