In no particular order:
Coffee: I prefer a good espresso, but cappuccino would be my backup. I'll also make an iced latte on hot days.
Tea: I like whites, greens and in-betweens (pouchongs, oolong, etc.). My favorite tea is probably a Tung Ting Oolong or even the darker Darjeelings like the Puttabong.
Wine: I drink almost all reds. I tend to prefer Pinot Noir (generally my favorites come from Gevrey-Chambertin or Pommard) or a Merlot or Merlot blend (favorite being from St. Emilion probably).
Beer: I prefer anything made in Belgian ale styles. I like all the Trappistes, but my favorite is probably Westmalle. St. Bernardus, Konigshoven (sp?), Scaldis, Delerium Tremens, Quebec-based La Fin du Monde and US-based Ommegang all makes exceptional Belgian style ales.
That's about it. I'm also known to make a pretty good martini. I make a lot of Indian-inspired martinis: Mango martini with cardamom and clove, Guava martini and a few others.
