I love sushi but last week I had some killer chicken scallopine. It was so good I was dreaming of it and I even tried to make some myself but failed miserably.

It's Chicken Paprikash. Paprika (a reddish bland Hungarian pepper) is the main ingredient. The name literally means "chicken with paprika". I usually serve it over homemade spatzel noodles. Hmmmm...man....I think I know what I'm making this Sunday
